BCCI invites applications for Agarkar's replacement on selection committee

The BCCI invited applications on Tuesday for one position on the men's senior selection committee after Ajit Agarkar's contract expired on 4 October. Pragyan Ojha is chairing the committee on an interim basis.

Applicants must have played at least seven Tests or 30 first-class matches, or 10 ODIs and 20 first-class matches. They must have retired at least five years ago and cannot have served five cumulative years on a BCCI cricket committee.

The new selector will help pick squads for the upcoming New Zealand tour. The deadline for applications is 5 pm on 14 October.
