Pujara urges India to retain Nitish for fourth T20I against West Indies
Cheteshwar Pujara said India should keep the same batting order for the fourth T20I against the West Indies in Hyderabad on Wednesday. He backed Nitish Kumar Reddy for one more opportunity at number six after his 21 off 14 and one for 19 in the third match.
Pujara named Sanju Samson and Abhishek Sharma to open, Ishan Kishan at three, Shreyas Iyer at four and Tilak Varma at five. He kept Naman Dhir at seven, Axar Patel at eight, Arshdeep Singh at nine and Mayank Yadav at ten, with Prince Yadav or Kuldeep Yadav depending on the pitch.
The former Test batter noted that the surface in Hyderabad will decide whether the team stays with the same attack or brings in Kuldeep for extra spin. India lead the series 2-1 after winning the third match by 14 runs in Indore.
