Santner expects swing to suit Bhuvneshwar Kumar
Mitchell Santner warned that Bhuvneshwar Kumar's ability to swing the new ball will pose a challenge on New Zealand pitches.
New Zealand captain Mitchell Santner said Bhuvneshwar Kumar will enjoy the conditions in the T20I series. Santner noted that Bhuvneshwar can still extract movement on flat pitches in India.
Bhuvneshwar returns to the India side after 1425 days. He took 28 wickets in 16 matches during IPL 2026.
India captain Shreyas Iyer said the seamer brings experience the side lacked after the IPL. The first match starts on Thursday in Christchurch.
