Siddharth credits TNPL success to IPL learnings

S Siddharth credited his TNPL wicket haul to skills developed during IPL exposure with the Super Giants.

Tamil Nadu left-arm spinner S Siddharth finished second on the TNPL 2026 wicket charts with 16 scalps and posted the tournament's best economy rate of 5.08. He said his success came from confidence gained during IPL exposure.

Siddharth worked on his bouncers after watching Krunal Pandya use the variation in the IPL. The skills helped him trouble batters on slower TNPL surfaces.

VIDA Kovai Kings won the TNPL title after defeating Madurai Panthers in the final.
