Sohail Tanvir praises Kohli and Rohit continuity for Indian cricket

Former Pakistan pacer Sohail Tanvir said Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma's continued presence is a blessing for Indian cricket. He praised Kohli's numbers across formats and Rohit's experience at 39.

Tanvir argued that age becomes an asset when players maintain fitness and performance levels. He noted that senior players provide instinctive game management and guidance to younger teammates.

Rohit scored 92 and 101 in his last two ODI innings against West Indies. Kohli has amassed 9,230 Test runs, 15,109 ODI runs and 4,188 T20I runs in his career.
