Sonal Dinusha scores second century as India close on Sri Lanka Test victory

Sonal Dinusha scored his second century of the series as Sri Lanka reached 229 for six in their second innings at Colombo. India enforced the follow-on after bowling Sri Lanka out for 290 in reply to their first-innings total of 503 for nine.

Pasindu Sooriyabandara scored 92 and Kamindu Mendis made 55 in a 115-run partnership that kept Sri Lanka in contention. Rain ended play early on day four with Sri Lanka holding a 16-run lead.

India needs four wickets to complete victory and a 2-0 series sweep. Persistent rain on day five threatens to affect the outcome.
