South Africa complete 3-0 ODI series sweep over Namibia

South Africa defeated Namibia by nine wickets in the third ODI in Windhoek on Sunday to complete a 3-0 series sweep. Namibia posted 157 before South Africa reached the target inside 22 overs.

Bjorn Fortuin took a career-best four for 33 to restrict Namibia. Jordan Hermann and Connor Esterhuizen added 150 runs in a partnership that set up the comfortable chase. Both batters scored half-centuries at run-a-ball pace or faster.

The result gives South Africa their first away ODI series whitewash since 2019. The series formed part of their preparation for the T20 World Cup later this year.
