Subramaniam Badrinath says current India players have people to switch on fans

Former Chennai Super Kings batter Subramaniam Badrinath said players in the current Indian team have several people around them to handle even basic needs like switching on fans. He contrasted this with Sachin Tendulkar, who maintained simplicity throughout his career.

Badrinath said he never saw Tendulkar show off and that the batting great used to sleep on the floor because he liked it. The comments come amid ongoing discussion about superstar culture in Indian cricket.

Badrinath's remarks highlight the difference between his playing era and the current setup where support staff and managers handle multiple tasks for senior players.
