Stephen Fleming set to become England's next Test head coach

Stephen Fleming is expected to be named England's next Test head coach after leaving his role with Chennai Super Kings. The former New Zealand captain came out on top after a long interview process.

Fleming will step into Brendon McCullum's place, who has already shifted to lead England's white-ball sides. The ECB plans to confirm the appointment in the next few weeks.

His time running CSK's dressing room will help, especially with player management. He'll also have a say in picking the next Test captain after Ben Stokes stepped away.
