Trinbago Knight Riders retire DJ Bravo's No. 47 jersey in historic CPL first

Trinbago Knight Riders have retired DJ Bravo's No. 47 jersey, making him the first CPL player to receive this honour. Bravo won four titles with the franchise, including two as captain. The ceremony marks a historic moment for the Caribbean Premier League.

Bravo served as both player and later head coach for TKR during his association with the franchise. He claimed 129 wickets across his CPL career with the team. The franchise has won six titles in total during Bravo's involvement.

No other player has previously had their number retired by a CPL franchise. Bravo continues his association with TKR in a coaching capacity after winning five titles during his career.
