Umesh Yadav obtains NOC from Vidarbha to switch states
Umesh Yadav is seeking a new domestic team after Vidarbha failed to confirm his role following his return to full fitness.
Umesh Yadav has the NOC from Vidarbha and is already talking to two or three other state associations about a domestic switch. The 38-year-old seamer returned to full fitness but never got a clear answer on where he fits in.
His last Test was the 2023 WTC final at The Oval. Across 57 Tests he took 170 wickets, 101 of them at home and 43 since 2018 at 18.25.
He's back in New Delhi and expects to choose a new side within days.
