USA's Bodugum Akhilesh Reddy banned for eight years by ICC

USA off-spinner Bodugum Akhilesh Reddy got an eight-year ban from all cricket after an ICC Anti-Corruption Tribunal found him guilty of three breaches. The charges come from the 2025 Abu Dhabi T10, where he played for Aspin Stallions.

The tribunal ruled that Reddy tried to fix matches, asked another player to join the corruption, and deleted evidence from his phone while the investigation was underway. The ban runs from November 21, 2025 — the day he was first suspended.

Reddy has four T20Is for the United States. He told the panel the conversation was about a training camp, but they didn't buy it. They called attempted fixing one of the most serious offences they handle.
