Vihari urges patience with Bhuvneshwar after no-ball struggles

Hanuma Vihari believes a single no-ball disrupted Bhuvneshwar Kumar's rhythm on his international return and called for patience as the pacer regains confidence.

Hanuma Vihari said Bhuvneshwar Kumar lost confidence after bowling a no-ball in his second over during India's first T20I against New Zealand in Christchurch. The veteran pacer finished with figures of 0 for 49 from four overs.

Vihari noted that Bhuvneshwar's opening over was excellent and that the no-ball proved the turning point. He urged fans to give the 36-year-old time to regain rhythm after a four-year absence from international cricket.

Dinesh Karthik separately attributed the no-balls to nerves on Bhuvneshwar's first day back. He said the pacer's first and last overs were strong but the middle overs proved expensive.
