Vijay Dahiya reappointed Delhi head coach for 2026-27 season

Former India wicketkeeper-batter Vijay Dahiya has been reappointed as head coach of the Delhi senior men's cricket team for the 2026-27 domestic season.

Dahiya replaces Sarandeep Singh and returns for a second stint. He previously coached Delhi to the 2007-08 Ranji Trophy title. His support staff includes former pacers Parvinder Awana and Sanjeev Sharma as bowling coaches, with Kshitiz Sharma and Kuldeep Rawat as assistant coaches.

Rajkumar Sharma, Virat Kohli's childhood coach, has been named state mentor. Delhi begin their Ranji Trophy campaign on October 11 against Bengal in Kalyani.
