What policy will BCCI set on overseas league participation?

The BCCI Apex Council is scheduled to discuss and announce a policy covering retirement or participation rules for Indian players in overseas leagues. Current regulations bar active players from joining foreign T20 competitions. The council will also examine a proposed five-year cooling-off period for those who retire early to play abroad.
