Will Williams takes six wickets as Lancashire collapse

Gloucestershire seamer Will Williams claimed a career-best six wickets against Lancashire at Old Trafford. The former Lancashire player returned to haunt his old county as wickets tumbled on both sides.

Williams' figures exposed batting frailties in a Lancashire side that struggled to build partnerships. Gloucestershire also faced challenges with the bat, underlining the surface's difficulties.

The result leaves both teams searching for consistency in the County Championship. Williams' haul gives Gloucestershire momentum heading into the next round of fixtures.
