Yuvraj Singh questions limited ODI opportunities for Abhishek Sharma, Ishan Kishan and Vaibhav Sooryavanshi

Yuvraj Singh said India is not doing justice to Abhishek Sharma, Ishan Kishan and Vaibhav Sooryavanshi by not selecting them regularly in ODIs. The former India all-rounder said he would love to see Abhishek Sharma in the ODI team.

Ishan Kishan last played an ODI on 19 July 2026 against England. Abhishek Sharma and Vaibhav Sooryavanshi have never been selected for India's ODI squad. Vaibhav Sooryavanshi played in the second and third T20Is against New Zealand while Ishan Kishan returned from injury for the fourth T20I.

India replaced Bhuvneshwar Kumar with Mayank Yadav for the fourth T20I. The first ODI of the five-match series against New Zealand is scheduled for 4 November at Eden Park, Auckland.
