Ralphie Albert, the Surrey allrounder, will lead an 18-strong England Under-19 group on its December visit to Pakistan. Farhan Ahmed of Nottinghamshire is named vice-captain. Three Youth ODIs and one four-day Youth Test are all set for Rawalpindi.

A 12-day warm-up camp in Colombo, Sri Lanka, opens the winter programme between 19 and 30 November. The one-day matches take place on 5, 7 and 9 December, followed by the longer game from 13 to 16 December. Neil Killeen steps in as interim head coach after Mike Yardy became Elite National Batting Lead.

Jeet Varaich of Worcestershire earns his first Young Lions call-up. Marley Simpson and Luke Symington will stay only for the Colombo camp, while Charlie Taylor and Manny Lumsden join later in Rawalpindi for separate fast-bowling work.
