Pakistan Champions withdraw from World Championship of Legends after NOC refusal
The PCB had demanded an apology from Indian players over last year's refusal to play Pakistan Champions.
Pakistan Champions have withdrawn from the ongoing World Championship of Legends Season 3 after the PCB refused to issue no-objection certificates to their players. The team had requested the board to reconsider but the standoff remained unresolved. The withdrawal means the scheduled India-Pakistan match on October 10 will not take place. Pakistan Champions finished as runners-up in the previous two editions of the tournament.

The PCB's conditions were never about player welfare. They were about leverage. The refusal to issue NOCs shows the board is willing to keep its players out of a tournament rather than accept a compromise it did not design.
