A reorganisation plan for USA Cricket was filed in the United States Bankruptcy Court. Selina Kaing, Patrick Singleton and Norman Wain were named as the three proposed directors. American Cricket Enterprises committed $3.145 million in additional financing. The confirmation hearing was sought for around January 15, 2027.

Norman Wain served as chief business and legal affairs officer at USA Track and Field from 2010 to 2024. The reorganised body set three immediate priorities, including securing reinstatement of ICC membership. The new board is required to work with American Cricket Enterprises to finalise a long-form commercial agreement.
