Prasidh Krishna sidelined by hamstring strain; Anshul Kamboj joins squad for final ODI.

India fast bowler Prasidh Krishna will miss the third and final ODI against West Indies after sustaining a hamstring strain during the second match in Guwahati. Krishna bowled only five overs and took one wicket for 45 runs before leaving the field.

Chennai Super Kings fast bowler Anshul Kamboj has been added to the squad as replacement. Kamboj left the India A squad midway through the second unofficial Test against Australia A after taking three wickets in the first innings. He will compete with Mohammed Siraj for a place in the playing XI.

India have already secured an unassailable 2-0 lead in the three-match series. The final ODI will be played at Mullanpur in New Chandigarh on Saturday.

Kamboj's inclusion gives the selectors a direct comparison between two young seamers before the New Zealand tour, where both will be in contention for a Test spot.
