Sainath Reddy has been picked as a player for India's differently-abled side. Chandrabhan Giri joins the same squad as a coach.
The India-Sri Lanka series starts in Chennai on 31 October, and the announcements came just days before the first match.
Both teams will play at the same venue, giving the new additions little time to settle in before they face Sri Lanka.
CricHubb Take
Chennai's quick turnaround means Reddy and Giri will be judged on how fast they gel with a group that has already trained together for weeks.
