Hyderabad police arrested four people on October 13 for allegedly selling complimentary tickets for the fourth India-West Indies T20I. Officers seized 11 match passes marked "NOT FOR SALE" near SD Mall in Begum Bazar the previous evening.

The accused are HCA member Satish Chandra Srivastava, his son Akarshit Srivastava, Avinash Darak and Mohit Somani. Police also recovered eight Navratri Dandiya passes, Rs 5,000 in cash, mobile phones and a two-wheeler. The four were remanded to judicial custody and face charges under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and City Police Act.

Goshamahal Inspector B Sravan Kumar said the tickets were allegedly sold for between Rs 3,500 and Rs 6,000 each. India lead the five-match series 2-1 ahead of Wednesday's match at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium.

The arrests show how quickly black-market networks can form around high-demand matches even when official channels exist. Fans who bought the passes now face potential legal consequences for what they may have thought was a straightforward purchase.
