New Zealand drop Mark Chapman and Zak Foulkes for India T20Is
New Zealand have replaced injured pair Mark Chapman and Zak Foulkes with Josh Clarkson and Blair Tickner for the upcoming five-match T20I series against India.
New Zealand have named Josh Clarkson and Blair Tickner as replacements for Mark Chapman and Zak Foulkes ahead of the five-match T20I series against India.
Chapman tore his left hamstring in the European T20 Premier League, while Foulkes picked up a right hip flexor injury in training. Head coach Rob Walter says both players should be fit for the ODI series that follows.
The T20Is start on 22 October in Christchurch and run across four venues. Mitchell Santner will captain a squad that includes Finn Allen, Devon Conway, Daryl Mitchell, Glenn Phillips and Lockie Ferguson.

Chapman and Foulkes were the squad's two most recent T20I debutants, so their absence hands first caps to Clarkson and Tickner at the exact moment India are hunting white-ball scalps on the road.
