Shashank Singh switches from Chhattisgarh to Pondicherry for 2026-27 season
Shashank Singh leaves Chhattisgarh for Pondicherry after alleging lack of support post-injury.
Shashank Singh has an NOC from Chhattisgarh and will turn out for Pondicherry next domestic season. The Punjab Kings all-rounder says the state association dropped him from the Chhattisgarh Cricket Premier League and probables camp without any explanation.
He asked for clarity after the IPL and never got a reply. Shashank won the Lala Amarnath Award for best domestic white-ball all-rounder in 2023-24.
Mumbai wicketkeeper Prasad Pawar is also joining Pondicherry as a guest player.
