The International Cricket Council has formally sanctioned the NPL, allowing international stars including David Warner, Rashid Khan, Andre Russell, Shakib Al Hasan and Moeen Ali to participate. The champions will receive NPR 15 million in prize money.

Matches will be broadcast live on Star Sports Select and Star Sports Select 2 in India, with streaming available on the FanCode app. The top four teams advance to the playoffs beginning November 17, with Qualifier 1 and Eliminator matches determining the finalists.
