Aaqib Javed questions Imam-ul-Haq injury after Lord's Test
Aaqib Javed says PCB will probe circumstances surrounding Imam-ul-Haq's injury and non-participation.
Pakistan selection committee member Aaqib Javed says the PCB will investigate the circumstances around opener Imam-ul-Haq's calf injury and his decision not to bat in either innings of the second Test at Lord's.
Imam suffered a low-grade calf tear during the match but did not come out to bat in either innings. Pakistan lost by 194 runs and now trail the series 0-2.
The third Test begins on September 9 at Edgbaston. Imam has played 31 Tests and 75 ODIs since his 2017 debut.
