India women face Zimbabwe in second T20I at Raipur
India women aim for a series win against Zimbabwe in the second T20I at Raipur on Sunday after a four-wicket victory in the opener.
India women meet Zimbabwe in the second T20I at Shaheed Veer Narayan Singh International Stadium in Raipur on Sunday. Captain Smriti Mandhana, who replaced Harmanpreet Kaur earlier this month, will lead a side that aims to secure a series win after a four-wicket victory in the opener.
Niki Prasad and Deepti Sharma rescued India from 19 for four with an 82-run stand in the first match, which Zimbabwe had restricted to 114 for five. Off-spinner Nyasha Gwanzura took three wickets in the powerplay, exposing India's vulnerability against spin early in the innings. The Raipur surface offered true bounce and is expected to assist batters again.
Star Sports will broadcast the match live on its Hindi and English channels. Live streaming is available on the JioStar app and website.
