Matthew Wade expects dangerous South Africa attack with Rabada back
Wade warned that South Africa's attack will pose a greater threat with Kagiso Rabada returning for the second Test.
Matthew Wade said Australia should expect a more dangerous South African bowling attack when Kagiso Rabada returns for the second Test in Gqeberha on Sunday. Rabada missed the first Test, which South Africa lost by 214 runs in Durban, due to injury.
Wade, Australia's assistant coach, said Rabada's competitiveness and ability to take short spells with Anrich Nortje would give South Africa more attacking options. The hosts used two spinners in the first Test but may adjust their combination with Rabada available. Australia will also be without all-rounder Cameron Green, who is recovering from an abdominal strain.
Wade dismissed criticism about Australia's batting order changes, saying the team would adapt to conditions as needed. The second Test starts at St George's Park on Sunday.

Australia's preparation for Rabada's return will test whether their batting adjustments can withstand a varied and aggressive pace attack on a different surface.
