Five uncapped players have been added to the squad for the third Test at Edgbaston. Saim Ayub and Abdullah Fazal are among those called up.
Pakistan trails 0-2 in the series and needs to avoid a clean sweep. Hesson will oversee preparations for the final match starting September 4.
