Aimen Anwer retires from Pakistan international cricket

Fast bowler Aimen Anwer has retired from Pakistan international cricket after a decade-long career. She represented Pakistan in eight ODIs and 37 T20Is, often opening the bowling. Anwer said she is moving into a new role as a match referee. She never became a household name but turned up every time she was picked and delivered the lengths and plans asked of her in a pace attack often short on experience.
