Mumbai Indians will enter the WPL 2027 auction on October 28 with six vacancies and the smallest purse among the five franchises at Rs 90 lakh. The Harmanpreet Kaur-led side retained its overseas core of Nat Sciver-Brunt, Amelia Kerr, Hayley Matthews and Shabnim Ismail and completed the acquisition of Tara Norris from UP Warriorz for Rs 10 lakh. The franchise released G Kamalini, Saika Ishaque, Poonam Khemnar, Triveni Vasistha, Nalla Reddy and Milly Illingworth ahead of the event.
