Cameron Green suffered a blow to the groin while batting in the third ODI against South Africa and did not take the field. Matt Renshaw left the field after a blow to the wrist and did not return.

The injuries occurred during Australia's 45-run DLS victory in the rain-shortened third ODI at Potchefstroom. Australia posted 322 for 9 before rain ended South Africa's chase at 145 for 4.

The two players were set to feature in the upcoming Test series against South Africa.

CricHubb Take

Australia's depth will be tested if both players miss the Tests. The series starts in days, leaving little time for recovery.
