Peter Handscomb earned an Australia A call-up as selectors prepare for the India Test series.

Peter Handscomb has been named in Australia's four-day and one-day squads for the upcoming India series. The inclusion gives Handscomb another chance to press for a Test return.

McSweeney and Konstas are also part of both squads. Richardson and Doggett have been added for the red-ball portion only.

Australia faces India in a five-Test series starting in November. Handscomb last played a Test in 2023.
