Mumbai retain squad for Haryana Ranji match amid Shardul fitness wait
Mumbai kept the same squad after two bonus-point wins while monitoring Shardul Thakur's recovery from a finger fracture.
Mumbai have named the same 15 for their Ranji Trophy game against Haryana that starts Monday at the Sharad Pawar Academy ground. Two bonus-point wins in the opening matches earned them that luxury.
Shardul Thakur is still working his way back from a finger fracture picked up in a pre-season warm-up. A fresh fitness update is due in the next few days, though any return would be gradual even if he’s cleared.
Siddhesh Lad leads a side that also features Sarfaraz Khan, Musheer Khan and Shams Mulani. The squad had already travelled to Bilaspur for their previous fixture against Chhattisgarh.

Keeping the squad untouched means the players who delivered the bonus points stay in the XI, but it also leaves Mumbai thin if another injury hits before Shardul returns.
