Pakistan Cricket Board seeks short white-ball series with New Zealand
PCB wants to add limited-overs matches to New Zealand's February-March Test tour.
The Pakistan Cricket Board is negotiating with New Zealand Cricket for a short white-ball series during the Test tour scheduled for February and March next year. New Zealand is set to visit Pakistan for two Test matches, and the PCB wants to add limited-overs fixtures to the itinerary.
The talks focus on a compact white-ball component to run alongside the longer format games. The PCB has not confirmed the number of matches or venues, but officials aim to finalise the programme in the coming weeks.
No dates or squad details have been announced. The two boards will continue discussions before issuing a joint schedule.

A white-ball leg would give both teams a full-format trial before the Champions Trophy cycle begins, shifting New Zealand's next Pakistan visit from a Test-only trip to a multi-format assignment.
