Sonal Dinusha's 133 not out helped Sri Lanka draw the second Test against India in Colombo on Thursday.
Sonal Dinusha became only the fourth batter to score twin centuries against India in a single Test — and he did it after being asked to follow on. The left-hander finished unbeaten on 133 as Sri Lanka reached 429 for 9, saving the second Test in Colombo and denying India a 2-0 sweep.
India had taken a 1-0 lead with their win in Galle, but Dinusha's marathon knock anchored a lower-order stand that saw the match out. He collected the Player of the Match award for the effort across both innings.
