Pakistan beat England by one wicket in the ODI at Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore. Haris Rauf hit the winning run in an 89-run partnership with Shadab Khan.
Rauf received an official reprimand and one demerit point for arguing with England's Will Jacks and umpire Sharfuddoula Ibne Shahid. Rauf has five demerit points accumulated in 24 months.
Pakistan will face Sri Lanka in the tri-series final on October 31. Rauf and England captain Harry Brook accepted the sanctions.
