Sunrisers Hyderabad owner Kavya Maran will marry music composer Anirudh Ravichander, with the wedding reception in Chennai on November 21. Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy met Kavya's parents, Kalanithi Maran and Kavery Maran, who invited him to the event. Reports suggest the couple may hold the wedding ceremony in Greece on November 11.
Kavya has been the public face of SRH since 2018 and serves as Executive Director at Sun TV Network. Anirudh is one of the prominent composers in South Indian cinema, with credits on Leo, Indian 2 and Vettaiyan. The IPL 2027 mini-auction is expected in Goa on December 16.
The Chennai reception date falls after the reported Greece ceremony, placing both events within a busy period for the Maran family and the IPL calendar.
