Jammu and Kashmir seamer Auqib Nabi will play three County Championship matches for Surrey ahead of India's Test tour of New Zealand. The 29-year-old will feature in three Division One fixtures as Surrey fight to preserve their top-flight status.
The stint will give Nabi first-class exposure in English conditions before the New Zealand series. Surrey signed him for three of their four remaining matches.
Nabi has been fast-tracked into India's ODI and Test set-up in recent months. The move aligns with his preparations for the tour.
