Pakistan Super League sets retention and auction dates

PSL 12 will follow a January 13 retention deadline and January 23 auction with a PKR 450 million salary cap per franchise.

Pakistan Super League set January 13, 2027 as the deadline for player retentions ahead of PSL 12. The player auction is scheduled for January 23, 2027.

Each franchise may retain a maximum of seven players. The salary cap stands at PKR 450 million, rising to PKR 505 million for franchises that make a direct signing or combine retention with direct signing. Each franchise must spend at least PKR 365 million at the auction.

The direct signing window remains open until November 23, 2026.
