Suryansh Shedge and Angkrish Raghuvanshi included in Mumbai Ranji squad
Suryansh Shedge and Angkrish Raghuvanshi join Mumbai's Ranji Trophy squad after injuries and national call-ups altered the original lineup.
Angkrish Raghuvanshi and Suryansh Shedge have been added to Mumbai’s Ranji Trophy side ahead of Sunday’s fixture with Himachal Pradesh. The squad arrived in Bilaspur on Thursday evening.
Raghuvanshi steps in for Ayush Mhatre, who is sidelined for four to six weeks after suffering a right hamstring tear during the opening win over Chandigarh. Shedge takes the place of Yashasvi Jaiswal, who has been called up to the India A squad touring New Zealand.
Raghuvanshi is likely to open the innings with Divyaansh Saxena. Mumbai wrapped up their three-day victory over Chandigarh earlier this week. The full squad names Siddhesh Lad as captain, together with Musheer Khan, Sarfaraz Khan and Shams Mulani.
