Australia's pace attack strengthened by inclusion of Jhye Richardson and Doggett for India A series

Australia included Jhye Richardson and Doggett in the red-ball portion of their Australia A squad for the tour of India. The selections aim to provide depth to the pace attack ahead of the five-Test series early next year.

McSweeney and Konstas form part of both the four-day and one-day squads for the tour. The A team matches will serve as preparation for the senior side's Test campaign.

The tour gives players valuable experience on Indian pitches similar to those they will encounter during the main series.
