Brisbane Heat sign Tom Curran after Adam Zampa exit
Brisbane Heat have signed England all-rounder Tom Curran on a one-year deal for BBL 2026-27. The move follows Adam Zampa's departure to the Hobart Hurricanes.
Heat coach Wade Hopes said Curran's prior BBL experience will benefit the side. Curran becomes Brisbane's first international recruit for the upcoming season and adds pace variety to the attack.
Zampa's exit leaves the Heat without their primary white-ball spinner. Curran's arrival restores depth in the seam department.
