Sudip Gharami and Abishek Porel scored unbeaten centuries as Bengal reached 304 for three against Delhi on the second day of their Ranji Trophy match in Kalyani. The unbroken fourth-wicket stand of 199 runs gave Bengal a 64-run lead.

Gharami finished on 122 from 221 balls for his tenth first-class hundred and his third successive century at the venue. Porel reached 114 from 161 balls, his second hundred after more than two years, and wept during the celebration. Delhi had earlier made 240.
