David Miller struck 142 off 93 balls and Temba Bavuma made 103 off 116 as South Africa beat Australia by 32 runs in the second ODI at the Wanderers on Sunday. South Africa posted 365 for nine after being sent in, with the pair adding 156 for the fourth wicket. Miller struck nine sixes in a career-best knock.

Australia replied with 333, led by 84 apiece from Mitchell Marsh and Travis Head in an opening stand of 130. Keshav Maharaj took two for 54 and Bjorn Fortuin two for 70 as the spinners slowed the middle overs. Jack Edwards claimed five for 67 for Australia.

The win gave South Africa an unassailable 2-0 lead, with the final game at Potchefstroom on Wednesday.
