Punjab Kings and Mumbai Indians in advanced talks over Hardik Pandya swap

Punjab Kings and Mumbai Indians are in advanced discussions over a swap deal that would see Hardik Pandya move to Punjab before IPL 2027, according to multiple reports. Arshdeep Singh is expected to move in the opposite direction to Mumbai Indians. Aakash Chopra has commented on the rumours. The November 17 deadline for IPL franchises to submit retention lists adds urgency to the negotiations, and other franchises are also understood to be interested in Hardik Pandya.
