Prithvi Shaw and Akriti Agarwal end engagement after six months

Prithvi Shaw and social media personality Akriti Agarwal have ended their engagement six months after announcing it in March. Agarwal posted on Instagram that the decision was mutual and came after the couple realised their future goals and circumstances differed. She asked people to respect their privacy and avoid speculation.

Shaw has deleted all Instagram posts except one from ten years ago that reads 'Work until you no longer have to introduce yourself'. The couple had shared photographs from the engagement ceremony in which Shaw proposed on one knee. Neither has given further details about the reasons for the split.
