Tilak Varma's unbeaten 106 gives South Zone 90-run lead in Duleep Trophy semi-final

Tilak Varma scored an unbeaten 106 to help South Zone take a 90-run first-innings lead over North Zone in the Duleep Trophy semi-final at the BCCI Centre of Excellence in Bengaluru.

Varma reached his hundred in 219 balls after South Zone had slipped to 80 for five. Shreyas Gopal made 87 as the pair added 175 runs for the sixth wicket.

South Zone finished day two at 285 for nine with Varma still at the crease.
