CAB to felicitate Mohammed Shami on 100th first-class appearance

Mohammed Shami will be honoured by CAB before the Duleep Trophy final for reaching 100 first-class appearances and 382 wickets.

The Cricket Association of Bengal will honour Mohammed Shami on Saturday for completing 100 first-class matches. Shami has taken 382 first-class wickets in those appearances.

The ceremony will take place before the Duleep Trophy final in Chennai. CAB treasurer Sanjay Das will present Shami with a special ball signed by former India captain and CAB president Sourav Ganguly along with other mementos.

Shami has been a consistent performer for Bengal in domestic cricket while establishing himself as India's leading fast bowler in international cricket.
